Michael Amador
Michael Amador was born and raised in Lowell MA. As a kid, he become interested in playing baseball, which is still his favorite sport today. He joined a recreational baseball team at the age of 9 and played throughout high school. He was also the captain of his high school diving team for junior and senior year of high school. He started his martial art training at the age of 8 in Tae Kwon Do and Kenpo Karate at age 16. He excelled in martial arts and won many martial art competitions!
He decided to become a small engine mechanic and moved to Ohio to further his education in small engine repair. He started working in different small engine shops in the states of New Hampshire, New Jersey, and North Carolina. While in North Carolina he started to teach Tae Kwon Do at a dojang he had joined there.
He eventually moved back to Massachusetts and joined a martial arts school in Derry NH, called Kenpo Academy. Michael started looking for massage schools. He found Seacoast Career School in Manchester, NH. Michael graduated with high honors and had become a licensed massage therapist.
Through many courses he took on his own he became a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner, a Hawk Grips practitioner, Aline Certified Expert. His massage style is very therapeutic, where he combines different modalities with massage to help people gain mobility and reduce pain. He is great at relaxation massage and deep tissue massage as well, as he gets into all the places in the muscles that need help releasing.
